Report an Accessibility Barrier

SNHU is committed to inclusion and access for all. If you have encountered a barrier to access that impacts people with disabilities, let us know by reporting it through the SNHU Accessibility Barrier Report form.

What is an accessibility barrier?

Accessibility barriers are physical or technological features or spaces within our community that are unexpectedly inaccessible to people with disabilities or technologies that do not conform with the standards of SNHU’s EIT Accessibility Plan.

Examples of barriers may include blocked, missing or malfunctioning spaces, pathways, platforms, content or critical accessibility features – whether or not they have been specifically designated for individuals with disabilities.

What to do when encountering an accessibility barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier while engaging with SNHU programs, learning or employment, you may report the barrier via the SNHU Accessibility Barrier Report form. Community members and the general public may choose to leave their name and contact information for follow-up or report barriers anonymously via this form.

For situations requiring immediate assistance, please contact the appropriate resource listed on the Disability & Accessibility Services page.
