SNHU Spotlight: Keshay Randle, BS in Business Administration Grad

Keshay Randle, a 2024 bachelor's in business administration graduate from SNHUMany opt to pursue a degree with the hope of advancing their career — and that’s exactly what motivated Keshay Randle ’24 to earn her online Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU).

For Randle, there were several factors for why she chose SNHU: "The program that I wanted, being able to go online, at my pace, and the administration staff was very helpful throughout the whole journey," she said.

One of those people was her academic advisor. “My advisor Sarah was very helpful, very understanding,” said Randle. “She was there, only a phone call or email away. She was very helpful every step of the way.”

Though Randle originally set out to earn her diploma and land a better job, she ended up gaining even more than she expected.

"A lot of the things that I was doing in my courses related to my day-to-day life and my job, and it did help me improve in certain areas," she said. "I didn't think it would, before I even went on to find another job."

Along the way, Randle's perspective shifted, too. “The way that I look at things — I feel better, more confident," she said. "I feel like I can take on any challenge at this point."

If someone told her they were thinking of going to SNHU, she said, “I would tell them to give it a try because I love the pace — that you can do it yourself. You have the option to go online, and someone is always available to help you, no matter what time of day it is."

So, what’s next for Randle?

“It’s been a long journey, but it definitely feels amazing,” she said. “I hope to find a better position and just see what other options I can explore.”
