How does online school work in Michigan?
Online college in Michigan works just like it does everywhere. Anywhere you have an internet connection, you can do your coursework. SNHU is a leader in online education, and nearly all of our courses are asynchronous – meaning you don't attend a class at a set time.
Courses are broken into a series of weeklong modules with due dates and – although you may not be physically close to your classmates and instructors – you can communicate with them through Brightspace, our learning management system.
We've put a lot of thought into the design of our online courses because our mission is to help you succeed, whether you're a first-generation college student, returning after completing credits at another institution or working a full-time job at the same time.
