Your Service Deserves Our Support

We know Washington has a long and honored military community and we’ve been a proud military supporter since World War II. In addition to low online tuition, no set class times and some of the best support in higher education, active-duty U.S. service members and their spouses, National Guard and Selected Reserve can qualify for tuition discounts of up to 30%. We also accept military tuition assistance, Veteran Affairs (VA) education benefits and Military Spouse Career Advancement Account (MyCAA) scholarships for spouses.

Meet Some Fellow SNHU Washington Residents

Washington resident and Operation Homefront scholarship recipient Tevera Holcomb Hesslink.SNHU visited Washington in 2021 as part of its partnership with Operation Homefront. Together, the two organizations awarded Washington resident and military spouse Tevera Holcomb Hesslink a full-tuition scholarship, who planned to use it to finish her bachelor's in sport management and then earn a master's in special education.

"For me, it's about helping other, but also inspiring them to live their best life, and there is no better way than to strive to do so yourself," Holcomb Hesslink said.
