Apartments on Campus
Our apartments mean you’ll have access to the convenience, proximity and safety of on-campus living with a bit more independence. Perfect for third and fourth-year students, all of our apartment units can house up to four people and come fully furnished. Each unit consists of four bedrooms, a kitchen, living room/dining area and a bathroom.

Lincoln & Conway Apartments Details
- Houses 91 students in Conway and 115 in Lincoln
- Conway Hall consists of 22 apartments and Lincoln Hall consists of 28 apartments
- Each apartment has 4 single rooms, a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom
- Fully furnished kitchen including stove, refrigerator, and microwave (no dishes, flatware or pots and pans supplied)
- Fully furnished living room with couch, chairs, end tables and lamps
- Laundry facilities located on first floor of each building
- Conway has a large communal room with a pool table, ping-pong, and a large smart TV
- Lincoln has a small fitness area
- Outdoor spaces include a community garden and a patio area
- The Residence Director’s Office and the RA office are in Conway
- Three Community Assistants per building
- Mail is sent to student's mailbox located in the student center

Monadnock Hall Details
- Houses 300 students
- Consists of 15 four-bedroom units and 60 two-bedroom units
- Apartments house four students in singles or doubles
- Fully furnished kitchen including stove, refrigerator, and microwave (no dishes, flatware or pots and pans supplied)
- Fully furnished living room with couch, chairs, end tables and lamps
- Students have swipe card access to enter the building, their hallway, and their apartment, and hard key access to their individual bedrooms
- Amenities include laundry facilities, multi-purpose classroom, fitness center, quiet room, and game room
- Eight RAs in the building
- Mail is sent to student's mailbox located in the student center
